The video call button for your website

LiveCall puts a floating “Video call me now” button on your site. A visitor types their name and phone and is talking to a real person in seconds: no account, no download, and it works on phones. Your team is alerted where they already are, the first to answer takes the call, and missed calls become bookings.

A live call button that grows your
conversions

Everything a live call needs, nothing to babysit. LiveCall handles the ringing, the fallback and the paperwork so your team can just talk.

  • Instant browser video

Visitors click, enter a name and phone, and are on a call in seconds. No account, no download.

  • Team ringing

Every host is rung at once. The first person to answer takes the call; everyone else stands down.

  • Missed-call booking fallback

If nobody answers in time, the widget shows your Calendly or any booking link and offers a callback.

  • Alerts where you work

Get rung in Slack, Discord, Telegram, email or SMS. No extra app to keep open.

  • Works on any website

One script tag. WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, Framer or plain HTML.

  • Visitor context

See the page they were on, the referrer, UTM parameters and device before you say hello.

  • Lead records and outcomes

Every call becomes a lead with the visitor’s details, their context and the outcome your team records.

  • Privacy-first

Calls are never recorded. We keep the minimum needed to follow up: name, phone, context, outcome.

How it works

Live on your site in minutes

Nothing for visitors to install, and nothing new for your team to keep open.

  1. Paste one line on your site.

Add the script tag to WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, Framer or plain HTML. The button appears in the corner of every page.

    <script async src="…/widget.js"></script>
  2. Flip “Available” when you’re free.

Switch it on when you can take calls and off when you can’t. Visitors see whether a real person is available before they click.

  3. Answer in one click; missed calls become bookings.

Everyone on the team is alerted and the first to answer takes the call. If nobody picks up in time, the visitor sees your booking link and can request a callback.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Do visitors need to install anything?

No. The call runs in the visitor’s web browser. They click the button, type their name and phone number, allow camera and microphone access, and they’re connected. No account, no app, no download.

Does it work on phones?

Yes. The widget and the call work in mobile browsers, so a visitor can call from a phone without installing anything. Your team’s alerts reach them wherever they are, too: Slack, Discord, Telegram, email or SMS.

Are calls recorded?

No. LiveCall never records audio or video, for you or for the visitor. What remains after a call is the lead record: name, phone, the page they were on, referrer, UTM, device and the outcome your team enters.

What happens if nobody answers?

If no one on the team picks up in time, the visitor sees your booking link (Calendly or any URL) right inside the widget so they can pick a time, and they can request a callback instead. Either way the visit is saved as a lead with their details, so nobody slips through.

Which website builders are supported?

Any site where you can add a script tag: WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, Framer and plain HTML all work. Paste the tag once and the button shows up on every page.

What data do you store?

Only what you need to follow up: the visitor’s name and phone number, the page they called from, the referrer, UTM parameters, device type and the outcome your team records. There are no call recordings.
